Explorer Leader - James Duncan
James has been involved in Scouting since the age of 6 and credits this for shaping him into who he is today. Scouting has given him experiences he may never of had, from going on international events with friends, to hiking up snow topped mountains. Although James left Scouting at the age of eighteen he knew how much he had got out of it and wanted to give back. He joined Phoenix Archer ESU as a leader and hasn't looked back since.
Assistant Leader - Roy Walker
Roy is not only a leader at Phoenix but also a GSL as 2nd stratton. With his years of experience he knows He knows a thing or two and will gladly talk to you about his experiences. He gives you that extra pair of hends when you need it most.
Assistant Leader - Toni Lloyd
Toni is the units grandma. Always there when you need her, massive amounts of experience, slightly aging but always up for giving it a go. She has worked with pretty much ever section in Scouting so can handle herself well when it comes to explorers. If you are ever unsure whats to do, need a kind ear to talk to or cut your finger on a bit of paper. Toni is the one to help.
Assistant Leader - Stuart Kent
Stuart has been in Scouting long enough to learn a few things from those around him. He is someone who will unselfishly help out and lend a hand wherever it is needed. From mountain walking to wild camping, interntionals to crafting, Stuart has likely done it and willing to share what he knows.
Assistant Leader - Matty Lee
Don't let Mattys young looks fool you. He has been leading in Scouting for a long time now and knows what hes doing. Matty is a confident, commited, kind hearted individual who will go out his was to help you out. Being younger he also know whats "cool" and can relate to the explorers, keeping the programme relevant.
